Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TaxIntake Pro ("the Service") is a software platform designed for tax professionals who use GoHighLevel (GHL). The Service provides branded client intake forms, a client management portal, and automated synchronization of client data to your GoHighLevel account.

TaxIntake Pro is operated by TaxIntake Pro ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you ("you," "your," "the Customer") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. One-Time Payment Terms

TaxIntake Pro is offered as a one-time purchase. Upon payment:

  • •You receive lifetime access to the features available at the time of purchase.
  • •There are no recurring monthly or annual fees for the base product.
  • •Major version upgrades may be offered as optional paid upgrades in the future. Your current features will not be removed or paywalled.
  • •Add-on products (Due Diligence Pro, CreditScore Pro) are sold separately under their own terms.

All payments are processed through our payment provider. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the Service cannot be configured to work with your GoHighLevel account due to a defect on our part. Contact towfiqul.pro@gmail.com to initiate a refund request.

3. Acceptable Use

TaxIntake Pro is designed for use by licensed or registered tax professionals and their staff. By using the Service, you agree that:

  • •You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • •You will not use the Service to collect client data for purposes other than legitimate tax preparation services.
  • •You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measures of the Service.
  • •You will not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
  • •You will not use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.

4. Data Responsibility

You are the data controller for your clients' information. By using TaxIntake Pro, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • •You are responsible for your clients' data and compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to state-level data privacy laws applicable to your clients.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GoHighLevel account credentials.
  • •You have obtained any required consent from your clients to collect and process their information through an electronic intake system.
  • •TaxIntake Pro is a conduit — we transmit client data to your GHL account but do not store it on our servers. The security of data in your GHL account is governed by GoHighLevel's own terms and policies.

5. GoHighLevel Dependency

TaxIntake Pro requires an active GoHighLevel account to function. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of HighLevel, Inc. If GoHighLevel changes its API, pricing, or terms of service in ways that affect TaxIntake Pro's functionality, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt the Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility. GoHighLevel service outages or API changes are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAXINTAKE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your data in your GoHighLevel account remains yours — termination of TaxIntake Pro does not affect your GHL data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
